We are a well-established coal mining producer and seller, which have excellent reputation amongst the world global market. Due to current expansion, we invite high qualified candidate to fill in the position of:
HR MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Master degree majoring in Law or Psychology.
2. Having at least 3 years experience working as HR & GA Manager.
3. Having an excellent knowledge about Labor and Government regulations, Immigration and Expatriation Working Permits process.
4. Having an ability to build good relationships with Government Institute related to labor subjects or corporate documents, like Disnaker, Jamsostek, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, etc.
5. Able to create and implement HRD system & procedure in the company.
6. Able to meet tight deadlines.
7. Having good interpersonal skill, presentation skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills.
8. Having strong leadership & responsibilities and good communication skills.
9. Will be placed in Kalimantan Timur.
